Botox is a brand name of botulinum toxin which is produced by the bacteria C. botulinum. Botulinum toxin is a neurotoxin that prevents communication between nerves and muscle, thus preventing contraction. Repeated muscle contraction in the face can cause fine lines and wrinkles, i.e crows feet, frown lines (11's) and bunny lines.
Botox is used to treat a variety of conditions:

• Fine lines and wrinkles
• Gummy Smile
• Migraines
• Bruxism (Grinding of teeth)

Treatment results may vary and last approximately 2-6 months, dependent upon frequency of treatment. 

Dermal filler used at East Wind Wellness & Aesthetics is made of hyaluronic acid which is naturally found through out the body.
Hyaluronic acid attracts water, which gives the skin a more plump appearance. As we age, we begin to lose fat, muscle & bone. Especially in our faces which may lead sunken under eye, thin lips and deep nasolabial folds.
Dermal Filler has been used to treat the following:

• Nasolabial folds    
• Marionette lines
• Lips
• Smoker's lines
• Under eye hallows
• Volume loss back of hands

Treatment results may vary and may last from 9-12 months, up to 24 months for some patients.

We offer a variety of medications  and supplements in both Oral and Injectable forms to assist with weight loss. All medication must be purchased in bi-weekly or monthly increments.

IV Hydration is the administration of fluid directly into the blood stream, to correct fluid imbalance such as dehydration. Dehydration may result in constipation, gastric acidity, sugar cravings, muscle weakness, joint pain, elevated cholesterol,  premature aging, acne and dry skin.
Studies have shown that up to 75% of adults are chronically dehydrated.
At East Wind Wellness & Aesthetics we offer a variety of IV preparations  that can be tailored to individual needs, available in both 500cc and 1000cc quantities.
Supplements included are:

PDO threading is a minimally invasive procedure that involves use of dissolvable polydioxanone (PDO) threads to lift/tighten sagging skin and stimulate collagen production. 

At East Wind Wellness & Aesthetics threads are placed subcutaneously using either a small needle or blunt tip cannula. 

Threads dissolve usually within 6 months and are replaced with collagen. Results improve with time and may last more than 12 months, heavily dependent upon age, skin condition and hydration status. 

Patients report minimal discomfort during and after procedure.

Acupuncture is considered traditional Chinese medicine, developed thousands of years ago with belief that the body energy, "Qi" flows along pathways or meridians. It is believed if energy flow is blocked, congested or abundant there is an imbalance between ying and yang which results in illness. 

During treatment, certain points along the meridians are accessed with use of very thin needles which eliminates Qi blockage and congestion, resulting in  alleviation of ailments. 

Acupuncture stimulates the central nervous system causing the body to release chemical messengers that communicate with brain, spinal cord and muscles. 

At East Wind Wellness and Aesthetics we complete our Buttock and Breast enlargement and lifting procedures  with use of Vacuum Therapy. 

Vacuum therapy is a non-invasive procedure that uses suction to improve the shape of breast and buttocks. It stimulates blood flow and muscles to make the breast and buttocks appear firmer. Once desired results are obtained breast and buttocks are lifted with use of anchoring PDO threads. 

Keep in mind, there may be times multiple treatments are necessary. 

Results may last several years with monthly maintenance sessions (minimum 6-10 sessions). 

Laser Lipolysis better known as "Laser Lipo" is a safe non-invasive procedure that uses gentle laser energy to destroy fat cells in various areas of the body such as under chin, abdomen, back, neck, thighs, arms, etc. 

The laser energy heats fat cells causing them to liquify. Liquified fat is safely excreted by the body via the lymphatic system. 

Results are long lasting, unless additional weight is gain. Typically, a minimum of 2-3 sessions are required in order to obtain desired results.
