Cancellation Policy

East Wind Wellness & Aesthetics sincerely appreciates your choice in selecting us as your wellness and aesthetics provider. Your well-being is our utmost priority, and we are committed to delivering outstanding service.

We would like to emphasize that your scheduled appointment is reserved specifically for you with our provider. Failure to honor this reservation may lead to missed opportunities for other clients seeking our services.

To ensure smooth scheduling, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. All fees paid will be applied to rescheduled services ONE TIME ONLY.

In the event that a 48-hour notice is not provided, a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged to your payment on file. Additionally, please be aware that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be classified as a "No Show."

Clients designated as "No Shows" will incur a charge of 100% of the booked service.
